AI strategy that ships.

I build and ship production AI systems. Before that, and alongside it: nine years investing in real estate, enterprise software sales, and evaluating deals. That background decides what I build, and how I run it once it ships.

Flagship

The system that runs my operations. Its hardest problem was not capability. It was that broken things kept reporting success.

01

Echo AI

A local-first meeting recorder that transcribes, identifies speakers, and answers questions across an audio archive on-device.

The hard parts were speaker identity and privacy guarantees: correcting merged voice clusters without cascading edits, and proving cloud calls never fire for flagged recordings.

Known limit. Diarization merges speakers in noisy in-person audio, so those recordings still need manual correction. The n8n integrations were cut.

02

Flo

A macOS menu bar app that turns held-key speech into cleaned-up text, entirely on-device, using Whisper and a local LLM.

The hard bugs were all silent failures, so most of the work was making the system report its own state.

Built on Bjepp77/walnut, an MIT-licensed local dictation tool

Known limit. After about two weeks of uptime the first dictation takes 20 to 30 seconds, because the models page out to swap and nothing keeps them warm.

Who I help

Consulting

Local Utah small businesses and real estate operators. You keep hearing you need AI. Nobody tells you where it actually helps or what it should cost. I work with owners who want straight answers and working software, not a slide deck.

Your leads go cold.

Someone fills out your form or calls after hours, and nobody follows up for a day. By then they have called your competitor. I build follow-up systems that respond in minutes, qualify the lead, and book the next step while you sleep.

Busywork eats your week.

Retyping the same info into three systems, chasing paperwork, updating spreadsheets by hand. I automate the repetitive work so your time goes back to customers.

You don't know where to start with AI.

Every vendor says their tool is the answer. I give you a plain language roadmap: what is worth doing, what to skip, what it costs, and in what order.
